Outings Schedule

Sunday, September 13, 2009 - Hike Dorr Mountain. This hike was "father of Acadia", George Dorr's, favorite climb and he designed this path. The elevation gain is 1,200 feet and the hike is moderate, except for the cardiovascular stress of the famous stone stairs. We will stop for snacks/water while climbing. The view over to Cadillac is really worth it! This hike will go at a moderate pace. The descent has two options- both interesting so the group will vote. Total miles is about 4.
