April 26, 2008 (Earth Week) – The
waterfalls of Grafton Notch
Join us on earth week to view magnificent

May 17, 2008 – Brownfield Bog, Brownfield
A quiet paddle through an extensive wetland bisected by the Saco River. See bog
vegetation, birds and other wildlife - Outings Leader: Bill Briggs (892-4332)
May 24, 2008 - Sears Island Walk
Maine Coast Heritage Trust will soon hold the easement of
600 acres of conservation land on Sears Island. Join some of the members
of the Joint Use Planning Committee to walk and learn about this new area of
protection on this 931 acre jewel. - Outings Leader: Joan Saxe

May 31, 2008 - Lake Umbagog Canoe Trip, Errol, New Hampshire
Dig those paddles out from behind the snow blower and join
us for a great day on the lake. We will drive to Errol, NH and put it on the
Magalloway River and go into the lake, paddle, have lunch, and paddle back on
the Androscoggin. Umbagog Lake National Wildlife Refuge straddles the
Maine and New Hampshire border, covering more than twelve square miles.

Come join us on a fall day and look for the migrating birds,

A moderate hike in the Western mountains that ends on granite
