Rally around the Federal Budget
The Sierra Club teamed up with over 80 Maine
organizations around federal budget reconciliation, and held media events in
Portland and Bangor.
These events included a press conference followed by a
walk to the local offices of Senators Snowe and Collins where we dropped off
signs, constituent letters on the Arctic Refuge, and a list of the 80+
organizations with sign-on letter.
